Freelance web designers estimating fixed-scope projects from their time and costs. The same inputs can also be used for other freelance services.

How is this different from a free online calculator?

You are buying a small, editable file to keep and use offline. Free online calculators may cover similar calculations; this kit is for people who prefer their own local copy.

Can I use another currency?

Yes. Change the currency label and enter all amounts in that currency. The calculator does not convert exchange rates.

What does the estimated price include?

Your target compensation for every project hour, direct costs, payment fees and the selected margin. Taxes and business overhead are excluded unless you add them to direct costs. It does not look up market prices, write a contract or limit revisions for you.

How do downloads and refunds work?
